1. Scope of Services & Appointments

Shubh Beauty provides premium boutique beauty services, specializing in eyebrow threading, lash treatments, and organic spa facials.

• Booking Platform: All appointments are managed via our third-party scheduling partner, Booksy. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete personal details (name, email, phone number) when securing appointments.
• Walk-ins: While walk-ins are welcome at our Montgomery location inside Walmart, priority will always be given to clients who have booked in advance online.

2. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policies

We understand that schedules change; however, to respect the time of our expert estheticians and ensure slots are available for other clients, we request the following:

• 24-Hour Notice: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. This can be done via your Booksy confirmation email or profile dashboard.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or abbreviate your service to prevent delays for subsequent clients.

3. Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. To guarantee your satisfaction, we offer the following policies:

• The 5-Day Flawless Mirror Guarantee (Brows & Lashes): If you are not completely satisfied with your brow threading, brow tinting, or cluster eyelash services within 5 days of your appointment, we will perform a corrective service absolutely free. No questions asked.
• The Radiant Mirror Guarantee (Facials): We guarantee visible, glowing skin improvements before you leave the salon or we will issue a full refund. Note that this guarantee is exclusively valid for clients who agree to complete a baseline 'Before' photo at our designated lighting station during check-in.

4. Client Conduct & Safety

For the health and safety of our staff and clients:

• Please inform your esthetician of any skin allergies, active conditions (like eczema, psoriasis, or sunburns), or skincare treatments you are currently using (such as Retin-A, Accutane, or chemical peels) prior to any threading, waxing, or facial service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating disrespectful, aggressive, or unsafe behavior in our salon.

5. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website—including logo graphics, copy, layout design, button branding, and media assets—is the property of Shubh Beauty or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reuse, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shubh Beauty and its employees will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including skin reactions or irritation if you fail to disclose medical histories, skincare treatments, or allergies beforehand.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our site and salon services constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
