• Appointment & Service History: Details of the services you select, scheduling preferences, and notes relating to your treatments (e.g., your preferred brow shape or facial kit selections).
• Technical & Usage Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and referral URLs. We use this data to analyze site performance and traffic via tools like Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
• Cookies: Small files placed on your device that enable website features and remember your preferences. You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies, though some features of our site may not function properly as a result.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is utilized for the following purposes:

• Booking Management: To schedule, modify, and confirm your appointments via our booking provider, Booksy.
• Communications: To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates regarding changes to your bookings.
• Marketing: With your consent, we may send you occasional promotional offers, newsletter updates, or salon announcements. You can opt out at any time.
• Your name and number on our site: When you enter your first name and mobile number before booking, we keep them with the page you came from and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click reference. We use this to follow up about your visit and to see which of our ads bring people in.
• Text messages: We only send texts if you tick the box to agree. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to book.
• Service Improvement: To monitor and analyze website usage trends, allowing us to optimize design and page load speeds.

3. Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. To provide our services, we share data with trusted third parties:

• Booksy: Our primary booking platform. When you make an appointment, your information is processed through Booksy in accordance with their privacy guidelines.
• Google Ads & Google Tag Manager: We use tracking tags to measure the effectiveness of our local marketing campaigns. When you enter your number on our site, a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of it is shared with Google Ads so we can tell which ads bring people in.
• Vercel & Analytics: For hosting services and evaluating basic traffic statistics.
• Google Sheets: Where the names and numbers entered on our site are stored, visible only to the salon.
• Our text system and Twilio: Our own server keeps your first name, number and free tint code so our staff can check the code. If you agree to texts, our messages are delivered by Twilio.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately to have it removed.
